Job description

We are looking for a driven and commercially minded Ecommerce Executive for an office based position to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our digital operation, requiring someone who is proactive, analytically minded, and genuinely passionate about ecommerce and online retail. You will play a key part in growing our online presence, driving revenue, and shaping the direction of our digital channels., Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta to drive website traffic and generate sales.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns across all channels - including the website, email, and social - to align with seasonal peaks such as bank holiday weekends, summer sales, Black Friday, and Christmas.

Website & Product Management

  • Support the day-to-day running and maintenance of the ecommerce website.
  • Curate and manage a seasonally relevant product selection, ensuring competitive pricing and healthy profit margins.
  • Monitor product performance and make data-led decisions to optimise the range.

B2B Sales & Dropshipper Development

  • Manage and grow the B2B sales channel, building strong relationships with existing accounts.
  • Identify and develop new dropshipper partnerships, as well as nurturing and expanding existing ones.

Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Produce, read, and analyse performance reports across sales, traffic, and marketing channels.
  • Use data insights - alongside awareness of wider market trends, industry news, and consumer behaviour - to inform strategy and decision-making.

Branding & Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Lead and contribute to branding initiatives that build brand identity, recognition, and memorability.
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure alignment across campaigns, stock, fulfilment, and customer communications.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Word?, Essential

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an ecommerce or digital marketing role.
  • Hands-on experience running paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Comfortable working with data: able to interpret reports and translate findings into actionable decisions.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce principles, online consumer behaviour, and digital marketing channels.

Desirable

  • Experience managing B2B accounts or dropshipper relationships.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin., Beyond the technical skills, we're looking for someone who embodies a particular mindset and approach:
