Job description

Highly preferred candidates with experience in purchasing Enterprise SSD, Server RAM, Mellanox/NIC, or Server Components from US suppliers.

As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for driving cost-effective sourcing by building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, understanding internal requirements, and providing tailored purchasing solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

l Develop cost-effective sourcing opportunities to meet procurement targets by leveraging existing supplier networks, industry platforms and social media etc.

l Support tradeshows and exhibitions

l Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize cost and ensure on-time delivery.

l Issue&Monitor the whole order status and resolve problems if have.

l Possess sharp market insight and respond promptly to fluctuations in supply, pricing, and policy by rapidly adjusting procurement strategies.

l Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams,assist the warehouse in conducting goods inspection and support Finance in following up on payment matters.

l Periodically evaluate supplier qualifications and delivery performance, and make adjustments as necessary.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have a valid Certified Supply Chain Professional certification?, Do you have experience in Vendor relationship management?, l Purchase Experience: in procurement or a related field, preferred experience in enterprise IT hardware procurement

l Lead Generation Skills: ability to independently identify new suppliers and develop competitive sourcing opportunities.

l Strong Communication: exceptional communication and negotiation skills to foster solid relationships with suppliers.

l Adaptability: resilience and ability to handle supply disruptions or price fluctuations without being discouraged.

l Availability: business travel on occasion.

l Ambition and Drive: a results-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset dedicated to reducing cost and improving procurement efficiency.

l Problem-solving abilities: effective problem-solving skills with a focus on consultative sourcing solutions.

l Technological Proficiency: using Microsoft® Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).

l Education: College diploma or higher

l License:Valid driver's license

l Language: English
