This can start of your technology career. You do not need an IT background - you need curiosity, a great attitude, and the drive to learn. We will teach you the tools, the systems, and the craft. You will start by helping clients solve everyday tech problems and grow along a documented path: Tier 1 to Tier 2 and up. We invest in people who invest in themselves.
What You Will Learn to Do

Help clients with everyday IT issues - password resets, software, basic troubleshooting

Set up and support computers, printers, and devices

Document your work clearly so the whole team stays in sync

Learn our monitoring, backup, and ticketing systems

Communicate with clients in a friendly, professional way

Know when and how to escalate bigger issues
Requirements
Do you have experience in Customer communication?, * A genuine desire to learn and grow in technology

Comfortable around computers and curious about how things work

Friendly, patient, and great with people

Reliable, organized, and follows through

Coachable - takes feedback and runs with it

No IT experience or certifications required. CompTIA A+ or IT Fundamentals is a plus, and we will help you earn certs on the job., * Do you have (or are you pursuing) any CompTIA certifications?
