Montbleau & Associates, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager specializing in Custom Millwork to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of complex millwork projects from inception to completion. Your leadership will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes, project scheduling, and financial acumen to drive project success and client satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Lead all phases of project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, installation coordination, and project closeout.
- Manage multiple large-scale architectural millwork and commercial interior projects simultaneously.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, general contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, change orders, billing, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate purchasing, production, field operations, subcontractors, and installation teams to ensure timely project completion.
- Review project documentation, shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and field conditions to maintain quality and accuracy.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues that impact schedule, budget, or scope.
- Mentor and support Project Managers and contribute to the development of project management best practices.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Project contract management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of project management experience in architectural millwork, cabinetry, commercial interiors, or a related construction discipline.
- Strong understanding of construction documents, project sequencing, installation logistics, and contract administration.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects with significant budgets and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu, and project management/accounting software (Foundation experience preferred).
- Experience interpreting architectural drawings, shop drawings, and field layouts.
- OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, * 401(k)
