We are looking for an experienced Systems Technician to join the team and deliver exceptional service to clients. This isn't just a support role; it's your chance to make IT personal. Systems Technician Primary Responsibilities, Activities and Results:
- Manage and resolve support tickets following documented processes and service standards
- Provide best in class client support through phone, email, chat, and remote sessions
- Provide on-site support at client offices as-needed in the Dayton region (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly visits depending on client needs)
- Effective cross functional collaboration to ensure timely and accurate resolutions
- Resolve hardware, software, and network issues on workstations, servers, and mobile devices
- Microsoft 365 and Active Directory administration
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (once every couple of months on average)
- Assist with project implementations as needed
- Document processes, solutions, and client environments in our knowledge base
Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, * Strong experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS workstations, printers, and peripheral devices
- Experienced in Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Experienced in Active Directory, Group Policy, and user management
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, * Prior relevant experience at an MSP is required.
- Estimate of 3+ years recent experience in a similar position.

- Can effectively self-manage multiple tasks, tickets or projects simultaneously
- You are an impassioned learner and always open to receive training, coaching and feedback for continuous improvement
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Extended periods of sitting, standing, typing, and talking
- Ability to travel (by car) to client sites as needed
