Job description
My Doctor Medical Group is seeking a proactive and dependable IT Support & Systems Coordinator to provide hands-on technical support for our team and serve as the local point of contact for technology operations across our healthcare locations.
This role is responsible for user onboarding and offboarding, Microsoft 365 administration, RingCentral support, workstation and phone deployment, hardware setup, software troubleshooting, and coordination with our remote IT team. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service oriented, and comfortable working independently to resolve technical issues while ensuring employees have the tools and access they need to perform their jobs efficiently.
This position is ideal for a technology professional who enjoys helping others, takes ownership of assigned tasks, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
*This position requires regular hands-on work, including computer deployments, phone setups, user account administration, troubleshooting, and coordination with our IT team.
Core Responsibilities
- Microsoft 365 user provisioning and deprovisioning (email, Teams, permissions, MFA)
- RingCentral user setup, extensions, devices, and troubleshooting
- Computer imaging, deployment, and replacement
- Phone setup and deployment
- Network and cabling support at clinic locations
- Printer, scanner, and peripheral installation
- Software installation and troubleshooting for healthcare/business applications
- Acting as the on-site liaison for the remote IT team
- Managing and tracking IT tickets through completion
- Maintaining IT asset inventory
- New hire and termination technology onboarding/offboarding
- Vendor coordination (internet providers, hardware vendors, telecom providers)
Requirements
Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, * 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Experience with VoIP systems (RingCentral preferred)
- Basic networking knowledge (switches, cabling, Wi-Fi, internet troubleshooting)
- Experience deploying desktops, laptops, monitors, and phones
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong documentation and follow-through skills
- Excellent customer service and communication
*Demonstrated experience independently setting up users, workstations, phones, and peripherals in a Microsoft 365 environment. Candidates should be comfortable serving as the local hands-on resource for the IT Department., * How many years of Microsoft 365 administration experience do you have?
