Job description
As a Senior Test Engineer your roles and responsibilities will include:
- Create successful transition plans for electronic designs moving into production and eventually into the Supply Chain.
- Lead test equipment and EIS issue resolution efforts to ensure a smooth transition of designs to production.
- Participate in and assist with supplier training of test equipment and/or providing test equipment requirements to aid in their development at the supplier.
- Transition of test equipment into our factory or manufacturing subcontractor site.
- Provide test equipment specifications and guidance for test equipment developed by subcontractor partners.
- Make updates to equipment and software to improve production efficiency while reducing test execution time.
- Lead cross-site efforts of New Product Introduction (NPI) for engineering and test aspects., Compensation: Based on Experience. One of the best in the industry
Requirements
Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Senior Test Engineer who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Senior Test Engineer would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Typically, 10 years' experience with demonstrated exceptional technical skills and knowledge.

Proven capabilities for troubleshooting electronic hardware and software assemblies.

Proven ability to lead and coach others and collaborate in a team environment.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Notepad++., Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum Experience: 10 years' experience with demonstrated exceptional technical skills and knowledge
