- Build trusted partnerships with clients by serving as a go-to technical and operational resource, ensuring confidence, clarity, and consistency in every interaction.
- Dive into data and systems using SQL and analytical skills to uncover insights, troubleshoot issues, and keep integrations running smoothly.
- Collaborate across internal teams and external vendors to deliver reliable integrations, resolve complex challenges, and continuously improve client experiences.
- Support and enhance file-based and system integrations, including SFTP processes, batch jobs, and data exchanges that power our clients' operations.
- Contribute to meaningful projects and process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce risk, and elevate service delivery.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating issues into solutions and progress into results.
Requirements
Alegeus colleagues are known as problem-solvers, risk-takers, and innovative thinkers. As a Technical Account Specialist, these skills are essential for success:
- Abilities: Strong technical troubleshooting, SQL-based data analysis, integration support, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration-combined with exceptional communication and prioritization skills.
- Experience: 1-3+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as technical support, application support, client support, implementations, or account coordination; experience working with data integrations, file transfers, and regulated or SaaS environments preferred.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent related experience.
- Location: This job is hybrid and will require you to be in the office 25% of the time.

Comprehensive health, wellness, and financial packages, The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position's compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions. In addition to base salary, total compensation may include bonuses, incentive plans, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Position Compensation Range: $53,000.00 - $90,400.00
