Job description

Ecommerce & Product Administration

  • Manage the end-to-end product creation process from Pimberly to Shopify, ensuring products are published on time across our D2C, B2B, and Bodystore channels
  • Further optimise product data and assets within Shopify, including brand images, videos, and product highlights
  • Process product updates and amendments raised through Odoo tickets
  • Maintain and update Loop subscription plans for new and discontinued products
  • Create new collection pages within Shopify, including adding SEO copy and FAQs where appropriate
  • Assist in building and updating key brand store pages

Digital Asset Management

  • Optimise image and video assets for web use, including resizing, file format conversion, and compression using tools such as Canva and video compression software
  • Ensure all assets meet platform and performance standards across our websites

Content & Email Support

  • Use DeepL to translate product and email content for EU websites, ensuring consistency in tone and terminology with existing content
  • Assist in the creation and management of email campaigns within Klaviyo

Requirements

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, Vyta Health group are looking for a detail-oriented and digitally confident administrator to support both our Website and CRM. You will play a hands-on role in keeping our ecommerce operations running smoothly - from getting products live on time to helping build emails and maintaining content across our websites.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys varied, task-driven work and wants to build practical experience across ecommerce, digital content, and email marketing., * Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with product data and content

  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and tickets at once
  • A confident, methodical approach to computer-based work
  • Some familiarity with ecommerce or digital tools is an advantage - experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Odoo, or Pimberly is a bonus but not essential
  • A willingness to learn new platforms and processes quickly
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability and desire to work with our core values
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
