Job description

We are currently seeking an HR & Training Systems Administrator to join us on a fixed-term basis to support an exciting period of development, focusing on HR and learning system set-up and implementation., Working closely with and guided by the Head of HR, you will play a key supporting role in implementing and embedding new HR and training systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to real organisational projects and develop practical HR and systems experience., * Supporting the set-up, configuration and testing of HR and learning management systems

  • Assisting with data input, cleansing and migration
  • Helping to develop user guides, processes and documentation
  • Providing administrative support during system implementation and roll-out
  • Supporting colleagues with system queries and initial troubleshooting
  • Assisting with HR and training administration as required, * A supportive and collaborative working environment
  • Direct exposure to strategic HR projects and system implementation
  • Mentoring and guidance from an experienced Head of HR

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, This role would suit:

  • A recent graduate looking to build valuable, real-world HR experience, or
  • An individual with a strong interest in systems, data, and HR processes

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Has good IT skills and confidence working with systems and data
  • Demonstrates a proactive and curious approach to problem-solving
  • Communicates clearly and works well as part of a team
  • Is motivated by working in a purpose-driven, people-focused organisation, DBS: Due to the nature of this role, the successful candidate will be required to undertake a Standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Employment is subject to a satisfactory DBS clearance., * Are you able to work on -site for 4 days a week and remotely on Fridays?
