Job description

Seven Resourcing is seeking an experienced and customer-focused ICT Service Desk Analyst to join a busy IT and Digital Services team in Esher. This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional with strong technical support experience who enjoys delivering high-quality customer service while resolving a wide range of technical issues.

Working within a fast-paced service desk environment, you will provide first and second-line support to a large user base, ensuring technology systems, devices, and applications remain operational and effective., * Provide technical and operational support to end users across multiple departments.

  • Deliver first and second-line IT support via telephone, email, remote access, and face-to-face assistance.
  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows 11 laptops, desktops, docking stations, printers, and other end-user devices.
  • Support and administer Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Configure, deploy, and support mobile devices including iPhones and iPads.
  • Assist with user account administration, password resets, and access management.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
  • Log, prioritise, and manage incidents and service requests through the IT service management system.
  • Escalate complex technical issues where appropriate while maintaining ownership of tickets.
  • Support multifunctional devices (MFDs), peripherals, and associated software.
  • Assist with device builds, software deployments, upgrades, and system rollouts.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Ensure service levels and performance targets are consistently achieved.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and communicate effectively with users of varying technical ability.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working within an IT Service Desk, Helpdesk, or Technical Support environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Familiarity with laptop, desktop, printer, and mobile device support.
  • Understanding of Active Directory and user account administration.
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy support environment.
  • Experience using IT service management or ticketing systems., * IT Service Desk, Helpdesk: 1 year (required)
