Job description
We are seeking a dependable and service-oriented IT Technician to support daily technology operations across the organization. This position is responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining computer systems and networks, assisting employees with technical support, and ensuring systems remain secure and operational. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to communicate technical information clearly to all levels of employees., + Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related equipment
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve user issues in a timely manner
- Set up new employee workstations, user accounts, email access, and system permissions
- Support network connectivity including Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic server administration
- Perform routine system updates, patches, and preventative maintenance
- Assist with cybersecurity practices and maintain data security standards
- Troubleshoot Microsoft applications and business software issues
- Document support requests, resolutions, and IT procedures
- Coordinate with outside vendors when needed for escalated support
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and technology assets
- Support phone systems, conference room technology, and office connectivity
