STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a SharePoint Platform & Architecture / Power Platform Developer on behalf of our client in Columbia, South Carolina. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting enterprise SharePoint and Power Platform solutions that drive business process automation, collaboration, governance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SharePoint architecture, Power Platform development, modern web technologies, and enterprise integrations, along with a strong understanding of security, compliance, and user experience best practices., Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based solutions and enterprise collaboration platforms. Architect and implement scalable SharePoint environments aligned with governance and organizational standards. Develop and support business process automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. Create custom applications and components using React and/or TypeScript. Integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and other integration technologies. Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Implement security, compliance, and governance best practices across SharePoint and Power Platform environments. Design and enhance SharePoint user interfaces to improve usability, accessibility, and user adoption. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions. Requirements
5+ years of experience with SharePoint Platform Administration, Architecture, and Solution Development. 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting SharePoint governance frameworks. 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. 5+ years of experience developing applications using React and/or TypeScript. 5+ years of experience working with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and enterprise integrations. Proven experience translating business requirements into workflow automation and technical solutions. Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance best practices. Experience designing and developing SharePoint UX/UI solutions. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft 365 technologies and cloud-based collaboration platforms. Experience supporting large-scale enterprise environments. Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint, Power Platform, or Microsoft 365. Experience working within government, public sector, or highly regulated environments.
