Job description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a HR Systems Analyst supports the HR Operations & Technology function and is responsible for ensuring the effective performance, configuration, and maintenance of key HR technology platforms. This role provides day-to-day system support, conducts troubleshooting, develops reporting solutions, and partners closely with HR and IT stakeholders to optimize HCM, ATS, LMS, and time-tracking systems.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

Certifications such as HRIS, PMP, LSS Belt, or SCRUM are a plus but not required.

3-7 years of experience supporting HR systems.

Hands-on experience with at least two of HCM, ATS, LMS, and time tracking platforms.

Familiarity with HR data structures, workflows, and integrations.

Experience partnering with both HR and IT on system-related initiatives.
