Job description

  • Deliver prompt and effective technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues via help desk.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software problems across operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux, ensuring minimal downtime
  • Manage computer hardware components, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
  • Configure and maintain computer networks using LAN (Local Area Network), TCP/IP protocols, DNS (Domain Name System), VPNs (Virtual Private Networks), firewalls, and network security tools like Meraki
  • Support IT infrastructure management tasks such as Active Directory administration, Group Policy Object (GPO) deployment, SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) updates, and Windows Server maintenance
  • Assist with network administration duties including DNS configuration, TCP troubleshooting, and network performance analysis.
  • Run network cabling, install and configure IT equipment

You will provide essential technical support, troubleshoot software and hardware issues, and maintain computer systems across various operating environments. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help empower our users and keep our digital environment secure and productive., * Proven experience providing technical support in a fast-paced environment with strong customer service skills

  • Solid understanding of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques
  • Proficiency in operating systems including Windows (Windows 10/11, Windows Server), macOS, and Linux distributions
  • Hands-on experience with software troubleshooting across various applications and platforms
  • Knowledge of computer networking concepts such as LAN/WAN architecture, TCP/IP protocols, DNS management, VPN setup, firewall configuration, and network security best practices
  • Familiarity with IT management tools like SCCM, GPO deployment, Active Dire
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues quickly and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco CCNA are preferred but not mandatory
