Desktop Support Specialist

The Desktop Service Support Specialist will provide technical assistance for desktop systems, hardware, software, and related technologies. The role focuses on troubleshooting issues, configuring devices, and ensuring a seamless end-user experience., * Provide support for hardware, software, and network issues

• Install and configure operating systems and applications
• Handle device setup for new hires and replacements
• Support desktop imaging, patching, and deployments
• Ensure endpoint security and compliance
• Maintain asset and inventory records

Do you have experience in Ticketing system technical support?, * Experience in Desktop/IT Support roles

• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and MS Office/O365
• Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow/Remedy, etc.)
• Good communication and customer support skills
