Job description
- Design and development Manufacturing test system.
- Responsible to work with R&D teams to generate requirements and software/system design.
- Interacting with teams to promote consistency and maximize synergies across common test platforms.
- Designing and building strong testing infrastructure to minimize dependency on hardware.
- Engage in technical discussions; participate in technical designs and present technical ideas.
- Ensure regulatory compliance through Qualification & Validation.
- Responsible for ensuring rigor in determining processes requiring validation, development of plans and analysis criteria, execution and final analysis and acceptance.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Validation design?, * Bachelor's degree in computer science/ Electrical/ Electronic engineering with, 3 years' experience including either industry or industry/education Required, * 1+ years National Instruments LabView and/or TestStand experience
- Experience in the design and development of digital/analog boards and systems suitable for high mix testing.
- Experience with IPC-610 and its application in PCBA manufacturing.
- Experience with a host of communication protocols; I2C, RS422, USB, HDMI, TCPIP.
- Experience with the manufacturing process and design rules for PCBA, Flex Circuitry, System on Chip, Molding, Batteries, Pneumatics, and other relevant medical technologies etc.
- Demonstrated experience designing and developing automated test systems into manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated program or project management skills.
