In this role, you'll support critical IT functions that empower our clinical teams to deliver exceptional care. From troubleshooting day-to-day tech issues to planning and implementing IT projects, your work will help strengthen the digital backbone of our mission.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first line of technical support for end-users-resolving hardware, software, and network issues with speed and precision.
- Install, configure, and maintain systems, networks, and peripherals to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Assist in managing and optimizing the organization's network infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other IT team members, departments, and vendors to deliver consistent and reliable service.
- Support and help implement key IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
- Lead user training sessions to enhance technology adoption and understanding.
- Maintain thorough documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Uphold compliance with healthcare data protection regulations, including HIPAA.
Requirements
Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar IT support or systems management role (required).
- Experience supporting Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems in a healthcare environment (preferred).
Licenses/Certifications
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, or similar (preferred).
Compliance
- Commitment to maintaining all compliance requirements set by the company, client agencies, and accrediting bodies.
