- Utilize schematic diagrams, CAD (Computer-Aided Design), and AutoCAD tools to interpret technical drawings and modify system layouts as needed.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify issues within electrical, mechanical, and control systems, implementing effective solutions promptly.
- Program and troubleshoot programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to automate vehicle functions and operational processes.
- Collect and analyze data from vehicle sensors and systems to monitor performance trends and inform maintenance schedules.
- Fabricate, assemble, and modify mechanical components using hand tools, soldering equipment, and fabrication techniques aligned with manufacturing standards.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on project scheduling, system upgrades, schematics development, and integration tasks related to vehicle operations.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Vehicle systems?, * Proven experience in mechanical knowledge combined with electrical system troubleshooting within manufacturing or construction environments.
- Familiarity with project scheduling methodologies to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently across projects.
- Hands-on experience with CAD software (such as AutoCAD) for designing or modifying schematics and layouts.
- Knowledge of data collection techniques, sensor integration, and analysis for vehicle system optimization.
- Skilled in using hand tools, soldering equipment, and fabrication tools for assembly or repair tasks.
- Background in working with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) in automation or control systems applications.
- Strong math skills to interpret technical data, perform calculations related to system specifications, and support precise fabrication activities.
