Job description

We are seeking a customer-focused and technically skilled Lounge Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for end-user technology support. In this role, you will provide white-glove IT support, assisting users with hardware, software, application, and technology-related issues while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

As the front line of IT support, you will interact directly with customers, identify and troubleshoot technical issues, provide technology guidance and training, and ensure timely resolution of support requests. You will act as a customer advocate, taking ownership of issues and coordinating with other support teams when necessary., * Deliver exceptional white-glove IT support to end users.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for technology-related questions and issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, application, and device-related problems.
  • Assist users with technology selection, setup, configuration, and usage.
  • Provide product demonstrations and personalized technology training sessions.
  • Manage and track incidents using ticketing and call-tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Service Desk, or a related technical support role.

  • Experience troubleshooting Windows-based systems, hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Knowledge of software installation, configuration, and support.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and incident management systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • CompTIA A+ Certification
  • MS Certified Professional (MCP).
