IT Warehouse Technician

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented IT Warehouse Technician to support inventory, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations for IT hardware. This role requires frequent walking, standing, lifting, and handling of computer equipment while ensuring accurate processing of inventory and shipments., * Receive, store, and inventory IT hardware and equipment.

• Process and ship IT hardware according to scheduled deadlines.
• Accurately unpack, pick, package, and prepare equipment for shipment to retail locations and field service technicians.
• Utilize UPS and other shipping methods to fulfill service orders and shipping requests.
• Process returned equipment and ensure all inventory records are updated accurately.
• Record and track product serial numbers and inventory information.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Follow verbal and written instructions to meet daily operational goals.
• Use inventory management systems and computer applications to process orders and inventory transactions.

Do you have experience in Warehouse experience?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 6 months of work experience in a warehouse, logistics, shipping/receiving, inventory, or related environment.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic counting and inventory tasks accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Preferred

• Experience using computers and inventory management systems.
• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehousing, or IT asset management.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent bending, reaching, and standing.
• Constant walking and standing throughout the workday.
• Regular lifting of items up to 30 lbs.
• Occasional lifting of items up to 80 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to safely handle and move IT hardware and equipment.
