Job description
We're partnering with a leading technology company focused on guest support experiences across their vacation brands, to find a talented Systems Engineer. This is a Hyrbid Contract role, located in Orlando, FL, offering an exciting opportunity to lead critical platform projects and optimize performance., * Independently own and maintain the Zendesk platform, ensuring system availability, security, and compliance for a large support team.
- Design, develop, and implement complex integrations and customizations using Zendesk APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Liquid.
- Lead the planning and execution of platform upgrades, migrations, and feature deployments from requirements gathering through post-launch support.
- Develop and refine workflows, triggers, automations, SLAs, and routing rules to streamline support operations.
- Manage incident response, root cause analysis, and resolution efforts to maintain platform reliability, while communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Zendesk?, * Over 5 years of hands-on experience managing and developing within Zendesk, owning production platforms with minimal oversight.
- Expertise in Zendesk APIs, custom app and theme development, and creating robust integration solutions.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Liquid for platform customization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions independently.
- Knowledge of analytics/reporting in Zendesk, including custom dashboards and data modeling.
