IT Specialist

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on IT Specialist with a solid background in manufacturing environments. In this new role, you will be a active member of our team to optimize our systems, support daily operations, and drive continuous improvement in our data and software networks., * ERP & IQ Alert Management: Maintain and optimize our current IQMS/DELMIAWorks environment; develop and manage custom SQL Alerts to meet specific departmental data and timeline requirements.

• System & Application Analysis: Collaborate with department users to identify data needs to be collected and the appropriate format to use for effective management reports, hardware solutions, and software workflows.
• EDI: Coordinate and manage the seamless input/output of data via EDI workflows.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot program issues, and maintain data/program management.
• Training: Assist in developing and delivering training programs for users.
• Continuous Improvement: Assist in planning system developments and regularly evaluate existing data equipment/software for maximum efficiency.

Do you have experience in Manufacturing facility?, We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of dedicated IT experience specifically within a manufacturing environment.
