Job description
The IT Infrastructure Analyst plays a critical role in supporting enterprise-wide security initiatives by maintaining, optimizing, and securing IT infrastructure across cloud and on-prem environments. This role partners closely with cybersecurity and IT teams to implement security controls, monitor system health, remediate vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with organizational security standards. The analyst contributes to strengthening network, server, and cloud environments to reduce risk and safeguard organizational assets., * Support the implementation and ongoing management of enterprise security initiatives across infrastructure environments
- Collaborate with security teams to deploy and maintain controls aligned with best practices and compliance standards
- Monitor systems, networks, and cloud environments for security risks and performance issues
- Identify, track, and remediate infrastructure vulnerabilities in a timely manner
- Assist in security audits, incident response, and risk mitigation efforts
- Maintain and enhance infrastructure across network, server, and cloud platforms (AWS and Azure)
- Support endpoint protection and threat detection tools to ensure organizational security posture
- Document processes, configurations, and security procedures to ensure consistency and compliance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support secure application and system integrations

- Cloud & Hosting: Amazon Web Services (AWS - SES, S3) and Microsoft Azure
- CRM & Enterprise Systems: Salesforce (Sales, Service, Experience Clouds), Zuora (billing), ServiceMax, FinancialForce
- Integration & Middleware: MuleSoft, Boomi (supporting ETL processes and IoT data pipelines)
- Web & E-commerce: WooCommerce (WordPress), Optimizely, Lucky Orange
- Security & IT Operations: Bitdefender, Huntress, Opsin (GenAI governance), Freshservice (ITSM/ticketing)
Requirements
- Experience supporting IT infrastructure in cloud and hybrid environments (AWS and/or Azure)
- Knowledge of security frameworks, vulnerability management, and system hardening practices
- Familiarity with endpoint protection, monitoring tools, and incident response processes
- Experience working with enterprise systems, integrations, or middleware platforms preferred
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
