Job description
The Information Security team is responsible for protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of enterprise data and systems. As an Associate Cybersecurity Engineer, you will support the monitoring and management of security operations, maintain security infrastructure, and assist in preventing and responding to cybersecurity threats across global platforms., * Monitor and manage enterprise security infrastructure and security events.
- Implement and maintain firewall and network security solutions, including Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW).
- Support Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) technologies, including ZTNA, CASB, and Secure Web Gateways.
- Assist with Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication, authorization, and privilege management.
- Work with Microsoft Security technologies including Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Sentinel, and Microsoft Entra ID/Azure Active Directory.
- Analyze security incidents and recommend remediation actions.
- Develop and maintain security procedures, policies, and operational processes.
- Collaborate with network, cloud, infrastructure, and application teams to improve security posture.
- Support security configuration changes and security-related troubleshooting activities.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Zero Trust security?, * 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity Engineering, Security Operations, Cloud Security, Network Security, SIEM, or Insider Risk Management.
- Experience with security tools such as Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Defender, Entra ID/Azure AD, Okta, Duo, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Zscaler, and OCI.
- Strong understanding of IAM, firewall technologies, cloud security, and SIEM solutions.
- Knowledge of SASE architecture and Zero Trust security principles.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with automation and scripting tools such as Python, PowerShell, KQL, or Ansible.
- Knowledge of security best practices, compliance requirements, and risk management frameworks.
