Job description
- You support national and international M&A projects in close collaboration with the M&A team, with a focus on technical due diligence and the evaluation of integration criteria.
- You also define the target operating model and develop integration strategies.
- In addition to leading the cross-functional post-merger integration project team, you are responsible for the operational implementation of the integration strategy.
- In this context, you work closely with internal stakeholders on M&A and PMI projects.
- You are responsible for the further development and implementation of PMI concepts, methods, and tools.
- Furthermore, you establish tracking and reporting structures for the post-merger integration (PMI) process in close coordination with management., We stand for the compatibility of family and career! Requirements
Do you have experience in Project management?, * You hold a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
- You bring several years of professional experience in cross-functional project management within an international company or in a transaction/strategy consulting environment, along with strong expertise in stakeholder management and building trusted relationships.
- Your strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset is complemented by technological know-how and confident handling of MS Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- You are a dynamic personality with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- You are characterized by strong analytical capabilities, an entrepreneurial way of thinking, and a self-reliant, proactive working style.
- You are willing to undertake occasional international business travel.
- Business-fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, are required and ideally complemented by an additional foreign language.
