Job description
We are looking for an experienced ERP Service & Maintenance Consultant to join their growing team. You will deliver functional consultancy services for the ERP solution, supporting clients through the full implementation lifecycle. This includes developing solution designs and definitions, delivering end-user training, and producing comprehensive supporting documentation. Working closely with clients, you will help define, configure, and implement tailored solutions that streamline operations and drive measurable business value.
Some of what you will do!
- Provide functional consultancy throughout all phases of ERP implementation and optimisation projects, from initial discovery and solution design through to training and post-go-live support.
- Act as a subject-matter expert for the Service & Maintenance module, ensuring solutions are robust, efficient, and fully aligned with client business processes.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive solution outlines, functional specifications, test scripts, training materials, and end-user documentation.

Requirements
- Previous experience in the Service & Maintenance module.
- Strong understanding of ERP/IFS implementation and upgrade processes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
- A collaborative mindset, with the confidence to work independently or as part of a team.
- A proactive, quality-focused approach and the ability to mentor others.
