Application Support Analyst

• Providing application support to customers, including managing the entire incidents' lifecycle from logging, triaging and investigating, all the way through to resolution
• Acting as a point of contact for customers, offering guidance and support on the use of applications
• Monitoring platform performance and proactively identifying potential issues
• Working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to support application enhancements and fixes
• Create and maintain clear documentation for support processes including known issues and fixes
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of support processes and user experience

• A passion for technology with a desire to learn and grow
• Enthusiastic and willing to get stuck in
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving skills with the ability to be both proactive and reactive, * Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 (e.g. Microsoft Teams)
• Familiar with Office (e.g. Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)

Experience:

• Application support: 1 year (preferred)
