Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing insightful reports, and supporting strategic decision-making processes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and methodologies in a collaborative environment. The Data Analyst will play a key role in transforming data into actionable business insights, utilizing a variety of analytics and visualization platforms., * Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL, R, Python, and ETL tools such as Talend and Looker.

  • Design and maintain databases with expertise in Database design, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Linked data integration.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and Visio to visualize key metrics for stakeholders.
  • Support project management activities within Agile frameworks and adhere to SDLC best practices for software development lifecycle management.
  • Conduct business analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Utilize scripting languages such as VBA and Bash (Unix shell) to automate workflows and streamline data processes.
  • Maintain documentation of data models, processes, and workflows to ensure clarity and reproducibility.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Data-driven problem-solving?, * Proficiency in data visualization tools including Tableau, Power BI, and Looker.

  • Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases.
  • Programming skills in R and Python for statistical analysis and machine learning applications.
  • Experience with ETL tools like Talend or similar platforms for data integration tasks.
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and Agile project management practices.
  • Business analysis expertise to interpret data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Knowledge of database design principles and working with linked data sources.
  • Ability to work with various scripting languages such as VBA and Bash (Unix shell).
  • Understanding of analytics concepts including data analysis skills, analysis skills, and overall data-driven decision making.
