Act as the technical authority bridging internal teams with external partners (vendors). Hold all parties accountable to complex milestones, mitigate integration risks, and ensure alignment with strict architectural standards.

Own technical execution of major strategic rollouts and refine New Product Introduction (NPI) practices. Drive consistency and quality from concept through global deployment to impact organizational Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

Translate ambiguous scenarios into data-driven roadmaps and white papers. Provide executive visibility and technical authority across supply chain and engineering networks.

Partner with engineering leads to define system architectures and expand automated solutions using AI/ML to solve problems.

Lead by influence, mentoring team members and breaking down complex challenges while contributing to community initiatives to improve operations and culture.

Requirements
Experience owning outcomes and decision making, solving ambiguous problems and influencing stakeholders; deep expertise in domain., + Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in program management.

8 years of experience in robotics, advanced manufacturing, or global supply chain NPI.
Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or MBA.

8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Experience managing a program portfolio and expanding hardware solutions within highly secure, mission-critical environments.

Experience driving organizational change management and leveraging AI/ML technologies for operational efficiency.
