Job description

The SAP Functional Analyst is responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, configuration, and support of Field applications using SAP as a back end. This role will primarily focus on the SAP modules SD module, MM, and PS providing support to end-users and assisting with basic troubleshooting., * Develop Requirements: Communicate with business operations to conceptualize solutions and capture detailed requirements.

  • System Configuration: Assist in the configuration and setting up of SAP modules to meet business requirements.
  • End-User Support: Provide first-level support to end-users for SAP Field related issues, such as eDPR config Time Entry, and related processes.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to SAP Field configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Testing: Assist in testing SAP field processes and configurations, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Data Management: Assist with data entry, data migration, and data maintenance within the SAP SD, MM, and PS modules.
  • Training: Provide basic training to end-users and help them understand how to use the SAP SD, MM and PS module effectively in support of Field operations.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve basic SAP Field issues or escalate more complex issues to Level 2 or Level 3 consultants.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other SAP modules like MM, HR, FI/CO to ensure smooth business processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements and enhancements in the SAP Field solutions to optimize business operations.
  • Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership

Requirements

  • Experience in the operations of Centuri Field or back-office operations.
  • Basic understanding of existing field module concepts and processes.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP and its integration with other modules.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (business, IT, etc.) is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Willing to learn and adapt to changes in technology and business processes., * Must be able to read documents, use a computer, communicate verbally and in writing
  • Mobility required within an office, warehouse and construction site environments
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pound
