- Orchestrate the Requirements Pipeline by managing the release train, maturity lifecycle, and governance for all System Technical Specifications (STS) across program gates.
- Drive SFMEA Execution & Accountability by acting as the operational owner of the System Failure Mode and Effects Analysis lifecycle, facilitating workshops, and tracking open action items.
- Build and maintain cross-functional dependency mapping to proactively identify and resolve timeline disconnects, ensuring smooth engineering progress.
- Lead Change Control & Impact Governance by managing Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and evaluating timeline and resource impacts across stakeholders.
- Define and track maturity gate metrics, providing high-visibility status reports to executive leadership to ensure project health and alignment.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be an integral part of the Systems Engineering department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization., * 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Systems Engineer in aerospace, autonomous vehicles, or advanced automotive sectors.
- Deep familiarity with systems engineering lifecycle models, fail-operational architectures, and requirements management frameworks.
- Proven experience managing safety workflows such as SFMEAs, DFMEAs, FTAs, and compliance with ISO 26262 / MIL-STD-882 standards.
- Strong background in vehicle E/E system design, electrical integration, or managing complex hardware/software interfaces.
- Experience using project, change, and configuration management tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, Jama, Polarion, or DOORS.
