Job description

  • We are looking for a highly analytical and data-oriented Supply Chain Operations Data Analyst (SAP MM, STO/GR) to join our Supply Chain Operations team. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, comfortable navigating multiple systems (SAP, Salesforce, SQL), and capable of interpreting data flows that span across order management, inventory tracking, and logistics operations. This person will play a key role in ensuring accuracy across systems and using data insights to improve material flow and demand planning decisions., * Work extensively with SAP (primarily inventory modules) to track and analyze stock levels, material movements, and fulfillment accuracy.
  • Manage and monitor STO (Stock Transfer Orders) to ensure smooth material transfers between sites.
  • Oversee GR (Goods Receipt) processes, coordinating with warehouse and site teams to close out receiving or transactional discrepancies.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com for order management and ensure data synchronization with SAP and third-party logistics systems.
  • Understand and analyze the end-to-end data flow from Salesforce * SAP * 3PL systems * forwarders (e.g., FedEx) to ensure operational transparency and system alignment.
  • Perform data pulls using SQL to support ad-hoc analysis, such as PO tracking (received vs. pending), fulfillment performance, or shipment status.
  • Support demand planning analysis by applying logic to buffer weeks, forecasts, and target inventory levels as directed by the operations strategy.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and KPI reports to measure performance and identify trends or issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across procurement, logistics, and local operations to resolve data and process gaps.

Requirements

  • A hands-on data professional who understands how supply chain systems connect and how data flows across them. This individual should be able to combine technical skills with operational awareness-translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that improve material flow, demand visibility, and process efficiency., * 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or procurement analytics.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP (inventory management, STO, GR).
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com (order management workflows).
  • Proficiency in SQL and Excel for querying and reporting.
  • Ability to understand and troubleshoot data integration between multiple systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with 3PL and logistics data (e.g., FedEx or other freight forwarder integrations).
  • Exposure to demand planning or forecasting processes.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver insights in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
