Job description

Welcome to Love's! The IT HR and Culture Services team is seeking an ERP Business Systems Analyst III to go beyond traditional business analysis by applying hands-on expertise in system architecture, configuration, data management, and integrations. This role involves developing comprehensive SuccessFactors application configurations to fulfill both user and business needs, implementing and maintaining SAP SuccessFactors modules, and proactively identifying enhancements for sophisticated application support processes and procedures. The incumbent will leverage AI technologies to optimize HR processes, enhance employee experiences, perform data analysis, and develop AI-driven solutions to automate routine HR tasks and drive data-driven decision-making., * Collaborate with Information Technology teams, project sponsors, third-party vendors and fellow business analysts to develop and maintain business-critical solutions within assigned or aligned business units.

  • Exhibit advanced proficiency in SuccessFactors, with emphasis on Employee Central, and demonstrate expertise in additional modules including Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Performance, Time Tracking, EC Payroll and Onboarding
  • Manage integrations using SAP Integration Center and middleware tools.
  • Configure different SuccessFactors modules and implement new features and updates to existing applications in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Perform mass data uploads, builds calculated fields and ensure data integrity.
  • Utilize AI-driven tools and technologies to optimize operational processes, improve decision-making, and drive innovation.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the adoption of AI and other advanced technologies.
  • Stay current with advancements in AI and HR technology, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance HR processes and employee experiences.
  • Performs advanced technical application support functions to achieve business objectives.
  • Supports broader team and enterprise goals by proactively contributing to initiatives outside of core responsibilities.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Talent acquisition platforms?, * Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

  • 7+ years of business analysis related experience, with a focus on HR technology solutions and SuccessFactors.
  • 5+ years of experience implementing one of these modules - SuccessFactors Employee Central/Recruiting/Onboarding/Performance Management/Goal Management/Learning.
  • 5+ years of SAP HCM experience
  • 5+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • 3+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SuccessFactors Compensation (Preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SuccessFactors Learning Management (LMS)
  • 1+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SuccessFactors Performance Management/Goal Management.
  • 1+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SuccessFactors Onboarding
  • 1+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and supporting SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM), * Hard Skills:
  • Knowledge of SQL, SAP ECC 6.0, Business Intelligence, SuccessFactors, data warehousing, Interfaces, Production Support, application and design integration, ABAP, BOOMI, SAP PI/PO, HCI, web services and workflow/process automation
  • Integration of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong Problem assessment/analytical skills
  • Demonstrates initiative, works independently, and manages multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Capable of thinking of the big picture and sorting through an ambiguous environment
  • Ability to work within resource and time constraints
  • Ability to manage numerous competing demands in an extremely high stress environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
  • Eye strain (screen use)
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision
