Job description

This role is focused on practical implementation, including website improvements, landing page updates, registration flow improvements, SEO quick wins, content ideas, tracking, and short-term marketing campaigns., The specialist must be available to come to our office in Alhambra for meetings, website review sessions, implementation work, and final presentation., The specialist will help us:

  • Review our current website and identify issues that may be affecting registrations
  • Improve the structure and flow of the website
  • Review and improve course/seminar landing pages
  • Improve the registration page and registration process
  • Rewrite or improve headlines, calls to action, page content, and messaging
  • Make SEO quick-win updates to important pages
  • Improve internal linking and navigation toward registration pages
  • Review mobile user experience
  • Review Google Analytics / GA4 tracking
  • Review Google Search Console for search opportunities
  • Recommend and/or help implement tracking for form submissions, phone clicks, registration clicks, and inquiries
  • Create or improve dentist-focused website copy
  • Create social media and email campaign ideas focused on registrations
  • Help prepare short-term marketing campaigns to increase inquiries
  • Provide a list of completed changes and next-step recommendations
  • Present findings, updates, and next steps in person

What We Need Implemented

We are not looking for someone who only gives us a report. We need someone who can help implement improvements directly or coordinate implementation with our website team.

Possible implementation work may include:

  • Updating website page copy
  • Improving course/seminar landing pages
  • Improving registration buttons and calls to action
  • Adding or improving FAQ sections
  • Improving page titles, headings, and meta descriptions
  • Improving internal links
  • Improving website navigation
  • Setting up or improving conversion tracking
  • Creating email campaign copy
  • Creating social media captions or content ideas
  • Creating a 30-day registration growth plan
  • Helping us identify what is preventing more visitors from registering

Compensation

This is a fixed-fee contract project.

Expected project range: $3,000-$8,000, depending on experience, scope, and implementation ability.

Payment structure may be:

  • 40% deposit to begin
  • 30% after first round of website/tracking updates
  • 30% after final deliverables and in-person presentation, * A short introduction

Full job description

Pinhole Academy is looking for a local, in-person Website & Registration Marketing Specialist to help improve our website, landing pages, registration process, and online marketing efforts with the goal of increasing qualified dentist inquiries and course registrations.

Pinhole Academy is an AGD PACE approved organization offering continuing education courses for dental professionals, including training in the Pinhole Surgical Technique for treating gum recession without scalpels or sutures.

This is a short-term, in-office contract project. We are looking for someone who can come into our office, review our website and registration process, and help implement improvements - not just provide recommendations.

Main Goal

Our goal is to increase qualified inquiries and registrations from dentists and dental professionals.
