Work you'll do

As a Delivery Consultant, Software Engineering Solutions on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:

  • Support cloud migration and hybrid integration activities across development, test, and production environments, including builds, configuration, documentation, validation, cutover preparation, and transition-to-Operations and Maintenance (O&M) handoff

  • Implement cloud infrastructure changes in alignment with approved designs for cloud migrations and hybrid integrations

  • Assist with environment setup and configuration for test, lab, and pre-production validation activities

  • Execute deployment and cutover runbooks, capture evidence, update procedures, and document incident triage outcomes during operational testing windows

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including configuration notes, diagrams, standard operating procedures, runbooks, and remediation tracking support

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role

  • 3+ years of experience in cloud engineering in Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure, including cloud migrations and hybrid networking

  • 3+ years of experience using infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, Bicep, or Azure Resource Manager (ARM), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices

  • 3+ years of experience developing operational documentation and runbooks to support transition activities

  • Ability to travel 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience troubleshooting cloud environments across build, testing, validation, and documentation handoff activities
