As a Desktop Analyst, you will be an integral part of the IT support team, assisting with data collection activities, device diagnostics, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to process improvement, aligning well with the company's commitment to innovation and excellence., + Support IT data collection activities through device queries and remote diagnostics using approved enterprise tools.

Requirements

Experience with Microsoft Entra Admin Center (formerly Azure AD) and querying cloud management repositories.
