Job description

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data management sector, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Desktop Analyst to join their team. As a Desktop Analyst, you will be an integral part of the IT support team, assisting with data collection activities, device diagnostics, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to process improvement, aligning well with the company's commitment to innovation and excellence., + Support IT data collection activities through device queries and remote diagnostics using approved enterprise tools.

  • Collaborate effectively with technical, business, and global support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

  • Identify and implement process efficiencies to improve data collection workflows.

  • Utilize technical skills to query cloud management repositories and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.

  • Assist with endpoint support and remote access tools to ensure optimal device performance.

What's Needed?

Requirements

  • Experience with Microsoft Entra Admin Center (formerly Azure AD) and querying cloud management repositories.

  • Foundational knowledge of network protocols, diagnostic tools, and troubleshooting methodologies.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and find alternative data collection methods.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to partner across diverse teams.

  • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours to support global teams as needed.
