Job description

Oversee daily operational support for stations across major eastern regions. Drive standardized station selection & setup, system launch, routine process inspections, and cross-team training enablement to ensure rapid and stable station delivery, while improving local operational efficiency and compliance performance., Station Launch & Project DeliveryUndertake deployment tasks assigned by the national central platform. Complete standardized station selection, on-site construction, system go-live and capacity configuration to ensure on-time and high-quality project delivery.

Operation Support & Issue ResolutionProvide end-to-end daily operational support for regional stations, and promptly resolve complex issues regarding equipment, systems and workflows. Conduct regular inspections on station compliance, safety and quality, and drive rectification implementation.

Training Enablement & Standard AlignmentCollaborate with national and local teams to deliver practical training for station staff and drivers, covering SOPs, scanning, loading & delivery workflows, and safety regulations. Roll out central platform standards consistently to strengthen local operational capabilities.Quality & Efficiency OptimizationAnalyze station operational data to identify operational bottlenecks, promote process optimization and labor efficiency improvement, and assist in KPI audit and assessment for station management.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Standard operating procedures (SOPs)?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, Cross-Department CollaborationAlign with requirements from national central departments, and facilitate the resolution of station abnormal issues in a timely manner.RequirementsBachelor's degree or above, major in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related fields is preferred.Working experience in logistics, warehouse or implementation management; experience in end-point station management or last-mile standardization promotion projects is highly preferred.Familiar with last-mile station SOPs, delivery workflows and safety regulations, with proven capabilities in standard formulation and on-the-ground implementation.

Strong project management, cross-team (headquarters/local) communication & coordination skills, as well as outstanding execution ability.Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and other office tools; willing to work on-site with flexible shifts, and available for business trips as required.
