Job description
- Seeking a Specialist with 7+ years of experience in Performance Testing to drive performance analysis planning and engineering within the LTM Solution framework
- Analyze performance test results server statistics and identify bottlenecks to provide actionable tuning recommendations.
- Develop comprehensive performance testing strategies including approach workload modeling and estimation.
- Manage risks and issues related to performance testing activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Apply performance engineering principles to optimize system performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate performance testing into the SDLC.
- Utilize industry best practices to enhance performance testing processes and methodologies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead performance testing efforts by planning coordinating and executing tests aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct detailed analysis of test outcomes and server metrics to pinpoint performance issues.
- Recommend and implement performance tuning solutions to address identified bottlenecks.
- Estimate resource requirements and timelines for performance testing projects Model realistic workloads to simulate production environments effectively.
- Proactively identify and manage risks and issues impacting performance testing deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement in performance engineering practices across projects Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance on performance testing techniques
Requirements
