Sr Scrum Master

Minimum 10 years of Scrum Master experience in enterprise-scale programs Proven experience in Scrum@Scale or equivalent scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS) Strong delivery ownership across multiple pods - velocity, predictability, and metrics-driven Advanced Jira expertise - backlog, sprint management, and reporting Confident with burndown charts, velocity tracking, and delivery dashboards Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing senior stakeholder communication Hands-on experience working with distributed global teams Banking or financial services background strongly preferred Active Scrum Master certification required (CSM, PSM II, SAFe SM, or Scrum@Scale
