Job description

We are seeking a motivated graduate to join our Compliance team as part of our 12-month Graduate Program., * Support the Compliance Coverage team in the daily interaction with the Sales & Trading division, assessment of existing and prospect business relationships, ad hoc and periodic review processes

  • Assist in the implementation and application of Swiss regulatory requirements, including FIDLEG, FINIG, CDB 20, FinSA, FinIA, sanctions obligations, and internal compliance policies
  • Support lifecycle management activities for client relationships
  • Assist in compliance reviews, monitoring activities, and preparation of management information and reporting
  • Help maintain compliance databases, records, and document storage systems to ensure accurate and timely information
  • Support the review and maintenance of compliance-related templates, disclosures, and standard documentation used across Swiss business activities
  • Prepare draft compliance notes, presentations, summaries, and internal memoranda under the supervision of senior team members
  • Conduct regulatory and policy research to support ongoing compliance projects and initiatives.
  • Liaise with Front Office, Operations, Legal, Risk, and other internal stakeholders to gather information and support compliance processes
  • Provide administrative and analytical support for audits, regulatory inspections, remediation exercises, and other departmental initiatives

Requirements

  • Master's degree in law/ business administrations/ economics majoring in Compliance/Regulatory or similar subjects
  • Active interest in capital markets and regulations
  • Dedicated and responsible with strong team-player attitude
  • Independent and solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage own goals and set up priorities
  • Fluent in English
  • Good MS Office Skills

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of other languages
