Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Operations Assistant to support our operations across Amazon, Newegg, and other e-commerce marketplaces. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. With steady growth and a collaborative work environment, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our team and grow with us.

What You'll Do:

· Assist the Operations Department with daily administrative and operational tasks

· Monitor and follow up on orders, inventory, logistics, and shipment status

· Organize and maintain operational data, reports, and documentation

· Coordinate communication among purchasing, warehouse, customer service, and other departments

· Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports

· Support operations related to Amazon, Newegg, and other e-commerce platforms

· Communicate professionally with suppliers and customers

· Perform additional operational support tasks as assigned

Requirements

Do you have experience in Operations coordination?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, [Bilingual: English & Mandarin] Operations Assistant (PC Hardware), · Associate degree or higher preferred

· Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general office software

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset

· Previous experience in operations, logistics, purchasing, inventory management, or e-commerce is preferred

· Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus

· Passion in PC hardware, gaming computers, and technology products is highly desirable
