We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Scientist in the supply chain space to join our dynamic analytics team. In this role, you will leverage advanced data analysis techniques, machine learning models, and big data technologies to extract actionable insights from complex datasets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in statistical modeling, programming, and data engineering, with a passion for solving challenging problems through cutting-edge AI and machine learning frameworks., * Develop and implement machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, and other AI tools to address diverse business challenges.
- Conduct data mining and exploratory data analysis on large-scale datasets stored in Hadoop, SQL databases, or cloud environments like AWS.
- Design and optimize database schemas for efficient storage and retrieval of linked data and unstructured information.
- Perform model training, validation, and deployment to production environments ensuring scalability and robustness.
- Utilize natural language processing techniques to analyze text data for sentiment analysis, classification, or information extraction.
- Build ETL pipelines with Talend or Bash scripts to automate data ingestion, transformation, and integration processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions using Java, Python, R, or SAS.
- Apply unsupervised learning methods such as clustering or dimensionality reduction to uncover hidden patterns within datasets.
- Develop dashboards and visualizations using Looker or similar tools to communicate insights effectively.
- Support big data analytics initiatives by leveraging Hadoop ecosystems and Spark clusters for high-performance processing.
- Engage in continuous learning of emerging AI trends including quantum engineering applications in data science.
Requirements
Do you have experience in TensorFlow?, * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, C, and VBA for data analysis and automation tasks.
- Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, Spark MLlib, and related tools.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases and designing efficient database architectures.
- Hands-on experience with cloud services like AWS for scalable computing and storage solutions.
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), AI techniques, and model deployment strategies.
- Expertise in big data technologies such as Hadoop ecosystem components (HDFS, MapReduce) and Spark.
- Ability to develop ETL workflows using Talend or Bash scripting for seamless data integration.
- Knowledge of analytics platforms like Looker for creating interactive reports and dashboards.
- Understanding of database design principles for linked data management across diverse sources.
- Experience with SAS or similar statistical software packages for advanced analytics.
- Strong analytical skills combined with excellent problem-solving abilities in complex environments.
- Effective communication skills to present technical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
