The Network Engineer III - Palo Alto Prisma will be responsible for 24×7 operational support, escalation, and lifecycle management of enterprise Prisma SD WAN and Prisma Access solutions within Managed Services and Network as a Service (NaaS) environments. This role serves as a Tier 3 escalation engineer, supporting complex global, hybrid, and cloud customer networks, leading high severity incident response, and ensuring service quality, stability, and customer satisfaction. The engineer works cross functionally with Managed Services, Security, Network, Engineering, Presales, Product, and Service Management teams, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to platform maturity, automation, and operational excellence., * Provide Tier 3, 24×7 operational support for Prisma SD WAN, Prisma Access, GlobalProtect, IPsec, and FWaaS

Lead major incident response, customer communications, and root cause analysis

Own the full service lifecycle: onboarding, changes, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning

Design and validate secure, resilient Prisma SASE architectures with proper routing, segmentation, and HA
Requirements
5+ years of network engineering experience

Hands on experience with Palo Alto Prisma Access - support, troubleshooting, implementation

Experience in SDWAN (Prisma SDWAN preferred)

Advanced WAN and routing expertise - BGP & OSPF protocols

Palo Alto Strata Cloud Manager (SCM) or Panorama expirence - Palo Alto Networks Certified SD-WAN Engineer

Palo Alto Networks Certified Security Service Edge Engineer

Palo Alto Prisma Certified Cloud Security Engineer (PCCSE)

Cisco certifications (CCNP or CCIE) highly recommended
