Senior Systems Analyst

The ideal candidate will have experience gathering and documenting business requirements, supporting ERP systems and integrations, performing system testing, and working closely with both technical and business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency. This position will begin as hybrid to support a project but will then be remote with occasional onsite requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements from stakeholders
• Develop and execute system, functional, and integration testing plans
• Support ERP integrations and data interface initiatives
• Create process documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and IT teams to implement and enhance business systems
• Participate in process improvement and optimization initiatives
• Provide project status updates and analysis estimates to leadership
• Assist in reviewing deliverables and mentoring junior team members

Do you have experience in Technical documentation?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role

• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Experience supporting ERP systems, integrations, or data interfaces
• Experience performing system, integration, or user acceptance testing
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, aviation, or industrial environments
• SAP ERP experience, including Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), or Engineering Change Management
• SQL experience
• API integration experience
• Data analysis experience
