Job description
The Data Analysis Specialist is responsible for conducting comprehensive digital record investigations, cross-platform data analysis, and advanced case mapping.
This role heavily focuses on rapid data retrieval, high-level multitasking, and leveraging AI-assisted research tools to cross-reference complex regulatory criteria. You will serve as a critical analytical engine, transforming dense historical records into clear, actionable data summaries for our primary operations team.
Core Responsibilities
- AI-Assisted Research & Cross-Referencing: Utilize advanced internal AI-driven database tools to review, sort, and extract chronological data points from vast quantities of historical records.
- High-Volume Multitasking: Simultaneously navigate multiple distinct database software programs, tracking timelines, geographic markers, and specific event criteria without sacrificing speed or precision.
- Complex Data Analysis: Evaluate historical case files, administrative records, and client documentation to identify key patterns and validate them against complex regulatory guidelines.
- Structured Fact-Finding Interviews: Conduct professional, structured telephonic consultations with clients to clarify timeline discrepancies, gather behavioral data, and extract detailed qualitative histories.
- Regulatory Pathway Evaluation: Analyze occupational risk factors, environmental data, and historical history profiles to evaluate potential pathways for case eligibility based on objective criteria.
- Case Strategy & Documentation: Synthesize complex data findings into highly organized, concise written summaries and coordinate directly with the internal operations department to determine execution strategies.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Text mining?, * Background Check: Must be able to successfully pass a federal background check (required for authorized system access and credentials).
- Advanced Multi-Monitor Workflow: Proven ability to efficiently operate a hardware setup of a minimum of three open computer monitors running multiple active programs simultaneously while maintaining exceptional data accuracy.
- Data Literacy & Analysis: Strong baseline experience interpreting complex administrative records, medical/legal terminology, personnel files, or corporate documentation.
- Tech-Savviness: Deep comfort level with modern digital workspaces, cloud databases, and AI-powered data-mining applications.
- Investigative Mindset: Exceptional critical thinking, pattern recognition, and regulatory reasoning skills with an uncompromising eye for detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for structured client interviews and technical report writing.
- Ethics & Confidentiality: Strict compliance with privacy standards, organizational ethics, and secure data handling procedures.
