Job description

  • Create or assist with report development within Workday or using external reporting tools such as Power BI to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to end-users of the ERP system.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation around Workday business processes, integrations, reporting or other technical areas and publish articles to our Knowledge Base for support of our user community.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality across all systems.
  • Ability to assist SMEs in training staff in our shared service departments as needed.
  • Achieve and maintain Workday Pro certification(s) in accordance with departmental guidelines. · Experience working with application interfaces is a plus. · Demonstrated ability to support HR, Finance, Payroll or Supply Chain/Procurement teams in an agile environment is required.

  • Performs other related functions or duties as assigned or required.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Provides mentoring and guidance to IT Workday ERP Analyst, Associates as needed.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workday?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Knowledge of Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain or Payroll business processes required.

  • Ability to work as part of a team that serves as technical advisors and support on Workday implementations, upgrades and enhancements including system design, process design, integrations, administration, data management, change management, testing and security.
  • Experience creating, managing and maintaining process documentation libraries.
  • Critical thinker with a drive to solve problems and design solutions focusing on the best outcome for the users and organization.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into functional specifications for the ERP system.
  • Must possess exceptional analytical skills to interpret business needs and accurately translate them into action plans.
  • Design and implement solutions to meet business needs using the ERP system.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in developing and presenting, both verbally and in writing, technical information and communicating to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to lead and facilitate meetings with multiple stakeholders through decision-making, prioritization, timelines, and planning.
  • Develop and maintain data structures supporting external reporting and budgeting tools., * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. An approved equivalent combination of education and professional experience may be substituted.
  • Current Workday PRO Certification(s) (e.g., HCM, Financials, Reporting, Integrations, Business Processes, Supply Chain, etc.) are highly desired.

Experience Required

  • Minimum four (4) years' experience working with large scale ERP systems supporting Finance, HR, Supply Chain or Payroll modules. · Current, non-expired, Workday certification(s) can be counted as one (1) year of experience. A lapse in maintaining current certification(s) used in this manner may constitute an adjustment in job title and pay. · Project management or technical experience with development or support of other large enterprise application systems (Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP, EHRs, custom built applications, etc.) will be considered towards the minimum experience requirement as well.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding ERP systems, module interactions and dependencies.
  • Incident tracking or customer support software.

  • Comfortable interacting with departmental leadership on special projects and initiatives.

Computer Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platforms is a plus.
  • Other SEARHC provided computer applications.

Other Qualifications:

  • Project management experience is a plus (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD workflows is a plus.
  • Ability to lead projects of moderate complexity while partnering with other team members, clients and stakeholders as needed.

  • Life insurance, Pay Range:$36.46 - $51.29 The IT Workday ERP Analyst is be responsible for the administration, configuration, testing, and ongoing support of Workday modules including Human Capital Management (HCM), Payroll, Finance, and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in our ERP environment.

This is a critical position on a talented team that collectively supports SEARHC's Workday environment and the various systems they interface with. The team is comprised of outstanding professionals with a common goal of partnering with and providing next level Workday support to all of SEARHC.
