Requirements

Do you have experience in Word processing?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Healthcare Data Analyst to join our tam and be responsible for research, compilation, and analyzing appropriate and relevant data and makes recommendations for operational improvements

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience: (5+ years of exepreince)

  1. Strong working knowledge of data languages such as SAS and SQL to create business reports and dashboards

  2. Working with large data sources and analyzing pharmacy data

  3. Analytical business experience in using Medicare pharmacy data., * Ability to design and develop SharePoint site and operational reporting using SAS data sources

  • Knowledge of PBM systems and tools
  • Excellent analytical, planning, problem solving, verbal, and written skills to communicate complex ideas
  • Excellent knowledge and use of existing software packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to use AI tools for data analytics and reporting
  • Seven years' experience in a related field, typically in two subject areas (e.g., financial analysis, data analytics, health care economics, statistical modeling, business decisions or business management)

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Provides audit and analytics support to Medicare pharmacy services business team
  • Builds and supports business reports to be included in executive dashboard
  • Gathers requirements for part D dashboard and implements the dashboard on SharePoint platform
  • Leads in the research, analysis, identification, and evaluation of data from assigned problems to evaluate existing and potential trends and issues.
  • Investigates, reviews, recommends, communicates, and implements solutions which identify problems/root cause of issues

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Health Care, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
  • Relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • 1 year contract., * SharePoint site development: 3 years (Required)
  • SAS and SQL reporting/dashboards: 5 years (Required)
  • Excel, PowerPoint: 7 years (Required)
  • Data analytics: 6 years (Preferred)
  • financial analysis or statistical modeling: 6 years (Required)
  • Healthcare pharmacy data analysis: 2 years (Required)
