Job description
- Supports a highly sensitive government mission requiring secure, reliable IT infrastructure and hands-on technical support.
- The environment is fast-paced, mission-driven, and requires adaptability to shifting priorities and operational needs.
- Provides direct support to end users, including high-visibility VIP personnel, ensuring continuous system functionality and responsiveness.
Requirements
- Hands-on troubleshooting of workstations, printers, KVMs, and cabling
- Active Directory and Microsoft/Outlook support
- Workstation imaging, phone/VTC setup and configuration
- Supporting VIP users with white-glove service
- Working within a ticketing system to resolve technical issues
- One of the following certifications: o CompTIA Security+ CE (Preferred) o CompTIA A+ o CompTIA Network+ o Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) o CCNA-Security.
Benefits & conditions
Salary/Pay range: $35 - $45/hr w/ Conversion Salary up to $90,000/yr
