We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support secure, scalable, and reliable software delivery within a highly regulated Financial Services environment. This role will focus on modern DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline engineering, cloud infrastructure automation, platform reliability, and DevSecOps integration across enterprise applications., We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to support secure, scalable, and reliable software delivery within a highly regulated Financial Services environment. This role will focus on modern DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline engineering, cloud infrastructure automation, platform reliability, and DevSecOps integration across enterprise applications.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience with AWS-heavy cloud ecosystems, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerized environments, and automation engineering. This position will work closely with development, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and security teams to improve deployment processes, operational stability, compliance readiness, and software delivery efficiency. The role also supports modernization initiatives including GitOps adoption, legacy pipeline migration, and AI/ML-driven operational automation.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related technical roles
. Strong hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
. Deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts with strong Terraform experience preferred
. Experience supporting AWS cloud environments and cloud-native infrastructure automation
. Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
. Strong scripting and programming experience in Python, Bash, or Java for automation and platform engineering tasks
. Experience troubleshooting deployment pipelines, infrastructure issues, and production incidents in enterprise environments
. Familiarity with DevSecOps practices including security scanning, compliance validation, and secrets management
. Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch
. Understanding of deployment strategies including blue/green and canary releases
. Ability to collaborate across engineering, security, and operations teams within Agile delivery environments
. Experience working in regulated industries such as Financial Services is highly preferred
. Exposure to GitOps workflows and modern cloud deployment practices
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field., + Agile

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $95,800.00 - $154,300.00.
